Engineer Steve was brilliant.we thought it was aerial he checked on meter for strength of signal and said it was strong.He found it was the old sky box causing problem.Rang them and office gave us a price which was ok so Steve fixed it super now.Steve even put covers on his shoes.First class service throughout.

Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!
Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .
